About RHSA

Our Story
RHSA was founded on the belief that many organizational problems are misdiagnosed.
What appears to be a performance issue is often structural: unclear authority, weak governance, fragmented decision pathways, role confusion, operational overload, and systems that lose coherence as complexity increases.

RHSA’s founder, Nicole Norvell, brings a rare combination of Fortune 500 leadership experience, nonprofit executive leadership, large-scale hiring and workforce design expertise, and deep pattern recognition around how organizations function under pressure. As Vice President of Staffing for a Fortune 500 financial services corporation, she supported the hiring of nearly 45,000 people. She also served for 10 years as President of a nonprofit focused on rebuilding homes for vulnerable families with children, elderly residents, and veterans.
That combination shaped the core RHSA perspective: organizations do not become stronger simply by moving faster. They become stronger when their structure can support clarity, accountability, resilience, and responsible adaptation.

As AI transforms the workplace, RHSA helps leaders address the foundational layer many organizations still overlook: the architecture of how humans, decisions, authority, and technology actually work together coherently.

Core Principles

RHSA exists to help leaders make that distinction visible, practical, and usable inside real organizations.

Structure Before Scale
Sustainable growth is built on coherent foundations. Scale without a coherent structure creates fragility.
Â
Governance Before Automation
Technology should amplify sound decision-making, not replace accountability.
Â
Humans Are Not Middleware
Organizations should not rely on invisible labor, heroics, or constant adaptation to compensate for structural deficiencies.
Â
Capacity Is A Design Constraint
Human capacity is finite and must be treated as a measurable architectural consideration.
Â
Clarity Creates Trust
Clear roles, decision rights, and accountability structures reduce friction and improve organizational resilience.
Â
Coherence Over Complexity
Stuctural Coherence occurs when systems, people, workflows, and governance operate as an integrated whole.
