Regenerative Human Systems Architecture™
Begin with the issue you need to understand.
Perhaps decisions keep escalating, responsibilities overlap, or people are carrying demands that existing arrangements no longer support. Perhaps you are introducing AI or changing an operating model and need to examine how authority, accountability, capacity, and oversight fit together. A qualification conversation explores your organizational question, the decision involved, and whether an RHSA assessment is a suitable next step.
Tell us where the strain is showing up
Share your name, work email, organization, role, and a brief description of what you are experiencing or considering changing, the team or system involved, and the decision you need to make. An initial description is sufficient. Please do not include confidential records, personal information about others, or sensitive operational details. Evidence-sharing arrangements are established separately.
What happens next?
RHSA reviews your inquiry to determine whether a qualification conversation would be useful. If the engagement is a fit, a client-specific proposal establishes the scope, deliverables, fee, schedule dependencies, and terms. An inquiry does not establish an engagement or begin assessment work. Assessment requires an engagement-specific agreement, readiness review, and separate written Administration Authorization.
